Nothing to complain about, the venue met all required needs, would recomand it. Great hotel, liked our stay, it had decent food and favourable location in a residential area. The staff seemed helpful;))

The hotel is situated in a charming European-style building. the room I stayed in was spacious and wonderful, complete with its own private bathroom. - I appreciated the extra amenities like climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. - the staff members were very helpful and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the beautiful mountains and just a stone's throw away from the main square. The breathtaking views from our room were simply unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and their exceptional service really made our stay memorable. We were impressed with the range of amenities available to us, from the comfortable beds to the spotlessly clean white sheets. The room itself was spacious and well spread out, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The free wi-fi was also a big plus, allowing us to stay connected and share our amazing experiences with friends and family back home.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast which was a great perk during our Christmas stay. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the area. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the cleanliness of the rooms. Our housekeeper ensured that fresh towels and linens were provided every day.

The parking situation was not ideal and had limited spots. It was difficult to park larger vehicles and the parking lot was quite cramped.

I was amazed by the level of service at this hotel. On one occasion, they personally chauffeured us to FedEx to ensure our conference materials arrived safely. The staff also provided excellent navigation assistance and recommendations for side trips. The friendliness of the staff was a standout feature. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and helpful staff.

Spotless-clean room with comfy beds and big white towels. Decent breakfast with a good variety. Friendly staff willing to help. Convenient location close to the central square and on the mountains.

Free water bottles and hot water in the bathroom were nice. the location was good, not too far from the action.

The staff wasn't helpful and gave horrible dinner recommendations. the breakfast was terrible and not worth the price.
